Lightweight profiles, simplicity, and precision make Hybride extremely quick to assemble. With simple tools, projects can be completed up to 50% faster.

Up to 60% less steel

The Hybride steel building system uses up to 60% less steel for comparable strengths and spans. Less weight means lower costs. The globally patented cross-profile is the foundation of our building system. Thanks to its recessed surfaces, the strong hollow section can be easily connected to other profiles. This makes it possible to build light and efficiently without compromising structural strength. Large spans and heavy loads remain achievable.

Low error sensitivity

The 25 mm grid of the Hybride system reduces error sensitivity during both design and assembly. Builders can get started with only basic tools: a blind rivet gun and a saw.

High-strength steel

Our Hybride profiles are made from Magnelis-coated ZM310 and HX460 high-strength steel. This material combines excellent corrosion protection with high strength, making the constructions durable and future-proof.

Flexible, modular and cost-efficient

A structure built with Hybride is easy to extend, modify, or reconfigure. Hybride is the perfect system for design & build projects and modular products. Profiles are always in stock and design-independent.

Reusability

When dismantling Hybride structures, only the blind rivets are lost. All Hybride profiles and connectors remain intact and can be immediately reused.

Economic reusability

We speak of economic reusability when reusing a product is cheaper than buying a new one. This requires two conditions:

Low dismantling costs – Hybride is easy and fast to dismantle thanks to blind rivet connections.
Design independence – Because the system is uniform, profiles can easily be reused in other applications after dismantling. This is essential to creating a functioning second-hand market for steel construction in the future.

Thanks to the 100% reusability and uniformity of the Hybride system, the profiles retain their value. Confidence in this is so strong that Hybride NV offers the Hybride SAFE Guarantee.

With this groundbreaking guarantee, a reimbursement of up to 130% of the purchase price of the profiles is provided after the 15th year. Each Hybride profile is branded and digitally registered, enabling partners and customers to resell their profiles once a structure is dismantled.
