In Nieuwkuijk, we delivered a complete mezzanine floor inside an existing industrial building for Willy Naessens. Our team handled the engineering, production and installation of the full floor structure, including the staircase, railings and floor panels. The prefab panels created a solid base on which concrete could be poured directly, ensuring a fast and efficient construction process.

The mezzanine floor is built using the modular Skellet profile: lightweight, fully weld-free and easy to adapt for future layout changes or extensions. This circular system results in a strong, safe and future-proof second floor that aligns perfectly with modern industrial requirements.
