Mezzanine floor for TRIBE Security – New office level inside existing facility 

 For TRIBE Security, we installed a new mezzanine floor inside an existing facility, creating the foundation for their in-house office space. While the original plan involved traditional steel columns and hollow-core slabs, the choice shifted to a circular Skellet mezzanine floor — a future-proof solution focused on flexibility and durability. 

The entire floor structure, built with our modular Skellet profiles and prefab floor elements, was completed in less than three weeks. Thanks to the lightweight yet strong system, we were able to work quickly and efficently while meeting all fire and acoustic requirements. 

 For this project, we handled the assembly and installation of the Skellet steel structure, prefab floor components, stair towers (manufactured by Reijrink Staalconstructie), and a connecting walkway. The result is a robust, safe and scalable mezzanine floor ready for future expansion.
