We are proactive in both thinking and working alongside our clients. At Reijrink Skellet, we place great value on achieving and maintaining certifications.

For us, certifications form an essential foundation. They confirm that our steel structures are reliable and safe, and they emphasize the quality we deliver. We go beyond the minimum requirements by continuously investing in training and education for our employees. This way, we guarantee safe working conditions as well as 100% reliable constructions.

In addition, we invest in technology, knowledge, and people to remain an innovative, skilled, and reliable partner. We proactively adapt to developments such as lean construction, BIM, and increasingly work according to Design & Build, where we combine both design and execution.

Sustainability is also woven into our way of working. As a family-owned company, we are very aware of the responsibility we carry towards our employees and society. We use energy and water sparingly, minimize and recycle waste wherever possible, and work with materials that meet the high standards of BREEAM ‘Outstanding’.

Lean 

We know from experience that great things are achieved through collaboration. That is why we actively encourage it – internally, by placing great value on teamwork, and externally, through our relationships with clients and partners. We therefore fully embrace the lean methodology. Lean fits us like a tailored suit: we apply it both internally and on projects.

Design & Build

More and more, clients ask us to take on projects according to Design & Build principles. In these cases, we are responsible for both the design and the construction. We welcome such assignments, as they allow us to think along from the very beginning about the best design and the most efficient way to realize it. This way, we can fully apply our specialist expertise.

Our Certifications

We are certified in accordance with EN 1090-1 for load-bearing building components and building kits for steel supporting structures, and up to EXC3 according to EN 1090-2 for load-bearing structures in various types of buildings. We are happy to provide a CE performance declaration for steel construction components.

In addition, we hold the following certifications:

• Visual Welding Inspector VT Level 2 according to ISO 9712:2022
• International Welding Technologist (IWT)
• Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC)
• Various welding, welder, and operator certificates according to EN 15614, EN 9606, EN 14732, EN 17760-1
• Safety Checklist Contractors system (VCA*) (2017/6.0)
• ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management
