We delivered a high-performance mezzanine floor with an impressive load capacity of 750 kg/m². Whereas a traditional steel structure would typically require around 2,100 kg of steel, the Skellet system reduced this to just 1,050 kg — a 50% reduction without compromising strength, stability or functionality. 

 The mezzanine floor is fully constructed using the modular, weld-free Skellet profile. Its lightweight yet high-strength design enables fast installation and results in a circular structure that is easy to expand or adapt in the future. This makes the floor a sustainable and future-proof solution for industrial applications in Oberhausen. 

This project perfectly demonstrates how Skellet enables large industrial floors with significantly less material, lower environmental impact and full load-bearing performance.
